Forehead lifting
The Rosengasse Clinic uses the endoscopic forehead lift procedure to lift not only the forehead skin, but also to weaken or even eliminate the mimic forehead musculature at the appropriate positions: The tissue is loosened through many small openings in the hairy head region and is brought to a "normal", more aesthetic position. If excess skin needs to be removed too, and if the eyebrows need to be lifted, a cut of a few centimetres is necessary beyond the hairline from temple to temple.

Eyebrow lifting
If drooping eyebrows cannot be lifted by a forehead lift, the surgeon removes a strip of skin from the rim of the upper eyebrow under local anaesthesia, this can be done as an outpatient.
