Age or extreme weight reduction can crease the skin on the arms or
make it hang in folds.
In some cases, liposuction is not enough. The skin is not taut enough
to take the shape of the arm again. Then, the surplus tissue needs
to be surgically removed. Here, the cut is made in the upper arm inner
side. The scar, straight or zigzag, fades with time and then is hardly
