Prof. Albert K. Hofmann has optimised normal facelifts by applying
the Faceperfect® method. The aim of this treatment for the ageing
face is to achieve a permanent aesthetic result adapted to the individual
face by using minimum surgery. A very good facelift receives the
facial expression in its naturalness. The perfect facelift is not
to be identified as therapy, rather the face must have a fresh and
youthful expression.
The planning for the operation begins with personal consultation
and detailed diagnosis of the changes in the face skin and contours.
With the help of photographs and Computer
Imaging, treatments and optimum methods are discussed and planned.
In the Faceperfect® method, the operation begins with a special
fluid enrichment (tumescence) of the face subcutaneous tissue. Through
that, an easy solution of the tissue layers from one another is
prepared and the risk of injuring the blood vessels and nerves is
minimised. The tissue is separated through radio waves; an extremely
gentle and very precise facility to loosen the tissue and to separate
the skin. After successful lifting, the tissue layers are then additionally
"stuck together" with a special, biological substance and the wound
edges are sprayed. The advantages: fewer haemorrhages and immediate
sterility. You will hardly experience unpleasantness immediately
after surgery, the wound healing process is greatly accelerated.
