wall plastics |
When the stomach loses its shape after pregnancies or diets, tightening
the stomach wall corrects these unattractive changes permanently.
Liposuction is also an option.
To tighten the stomach wall, the cut is made parallel to the pubic
hair region. On the sides, the cut climbs slightly to form an arc
up to the hip bones. In this way, any scars are less noticeable later.
The navel is cut out. The stomach skin is detached over the muscles
and if needed, right up to the ribcage and tightened, the surplus
skin is removed and if the stomach wall is weak, the muscle layer
is also sewed up. The navel is rearranged.
Removing so-called apron of fat, hanging bulge from skin and fat tissue
on the lower abdomen is done without correcting the navel and has
a lesser tightening effect.
After the operation, a 24-hour bed rest is necessary. A bandage must
be worn on the stomach for at least four weeks, then a compression
corset for approx. 3 months. During this period, strain and lifting
heavy loads must be avoided. |
