Asymmetries The most frequent anomalies are the so-called asymmetries. In this case, one breast is too small or too big respectively. Certainly, almost no woman has absolutely symmetric breasts. In fact, these asymmetries are hardly detectable in many cases. Surgical interventions are recommended for larger asymmetries which cause a great deal of suffering to a woman. Depending on individual requirements, a symmetric appearance is made possible through breast enhancement or reduction of either one or both breasts.
