The own fat injection method developed in USA, so-called "fat grafting", has largely replaced collagen therapy. At the Rosengasse Clinic, Prof. Hofmann has refined this method further: His PermFat® method for specific replenishing of age-related wrinkles as well as correction of tissue loss allows for excellent results for many years.

In the PermFat® method, unpleasant layers of fat are removed. This tissue is specially treated and centrifuged. The fate cell collagen concentrate produced by the body is injected under the skin using specially developed cannulas. During the ensuing healing process, the fat tissue is converted into the connective tissue produced by the body. This means permanent tissue replenishment, wrinkle smoothing and improved suppleness of the skin and which makes you look much more youthful.

While planning the operation, we take photographs of you before the procedure and using "Computer-Imaging" we show you how you can look after the surgery. Depending on the extent of treatment required, the surgery is done under local or mild anaesthesia. You will never have to suffer major pain. Only avoid any social obligations for about a couple of weeks after the treatment. You can undergo the operation as an outpatient or by spending a brief stay at the clinic, whereby a specific post-treatment can be beneficial.
